Let me first appologize for the lengthy absence I have been a little busy.
I am trying to get myself more motivated to be the best I can be, I have chore charts, menus and am ready.
And we are off.
We normally eat healthy, well I try to anyway. I am making a family attempt to do better! I am however not going to be super strict about this. Meals and Routine are the first step!
We can do this.
