Best Grilled cheese EVA!

I kid you not! I first found out about these beauties on Pintrest here. They are amazing I tell you. Ever since my first one I have been playing around with them. A week or so ago I made them on wraps and was hooked yet again. Todays was just as good.
I made mine on a spinach wrap, goat cheese spread on 1/2, alfalfa sprouts, shredded motzarella and avacado.

As you can see, if you can see I paired this beauty with tomatos from the garden and edamame.

Anyone have an recommendations for my plether of peppers?
